How do I care for my DingDog items?

Caring for your DingDog items is easy.  We recommend hand washing each item in cold water with a mild detergent and hanging or lying flat to dry.  If you have a "dirty dog" that likes to play in the mud, we recommend treating your items with a Scotchguard-like protectant prior to wear.
How are DingDog collars, harness and leashes items constructed?

All collars, harnesses and leads are made with top-quality materials.  We use the Weinerlock buckles, cast D-rings, heavy nickel plate swivel snap hooks and heavy nylon webbing (except for the lighter weight webbing used for our cat collars and the 5/8" dog collars).

Of course, despite our best efforts DingDog items aren't "chew-proof".  All collars, harnesses, and leads should be inspected regurlarly for wear and tear.  Please us discretion in determining suitability to your individual situation when selecting products.

Quality Guarantee

Not only will DingDog products make the envy of the bark park, our items are so well-made that we offer a guarantee on the construction and workmanship.  In the rare occasion that you would encounter an issue with the construction or workmanship, we will be happy to repair or replace your DingDog item up to one full year after purchase.  Unfortunately, we can not replace items that have been damaged by improper use or chewed.

How soon should I expect my order?

All orders are hand made at the time of order filled within 4-8 days.  If there is an unexpected delay in shipping, you will receive email notification.

What is your return & exchange policy

Each and every order is a custom order.  Items are hand made to the specifications you indicate upon placing your order.  Therefore, if you make an error in ordering (i.e. wrong item, size or pattern), you may only request and exchange for items within 7 calendar days of delivery.  Items exchanged will be assessed a 20% restocking fee plus shipping for the items exchanged.  Please measure your pet carefully for an accurate fit!

Before you can return an item for refund or exchange, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization by sending an email to  Merchandise must be returned in "as-new"condition with original receipt.  Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase after the items are received.  All returned merchandise must be sent with delivery confirmation or tracking information.  Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for items returned without prior authorization.
